Immigration Physicals

Robert Mustillo, MD has been a designated Civil Surgeon since 1999. Ironbound Medical Services has been performing USCIS Immigration Civil Surgeon medical exams since our opening in our original location in 2006. In 2008, we moved to Chestnut Street, our current location. Our prices are very competitive. We normally perform the medical exams daily, Monday through Saturday (Currently Monday through Friday due to reduced COVID-19 hours). Because we perform them six days a week, our turnaround time for your medical exam is usually four to five business days. For your convenience, we are a one-stop-shop for your medical exam, performing all aspects of the exam in our clinic including the blood work, vaccinations, and x-rays if needed. You are only charged for what you require. Most vaccination records are accepted, so be sure to bring them if you have any. Each applicant receives a sealed envelope for USCIS as well as a copy for their records. Free parking is available.
